We love sharing the many stories of the Howell Conference & Nature Center.  Check out our latest news below.

ATTENTION! A number of releases over the weekend have enabled us to accept limited new patients. We cannot, however, accept any mammals except fawns. We are also unable to accept any raptors. We apologize for this inconvenience; please check back frequently for updates on our capacity to intake wildlife. For assistance in the meantime, please access the Michigan DNR’s website, www.michigandnr.com/dlr, for a phone list of licensed wildlife rehabilitators. If you have taken in an injured animal, keep it warm in a quiet place away from people and pets until you have contacted a rehabilitator. Thanks for caring about the animals.
