Ever wonder what it’s like to be a Zookeeper at the Howell Conference & Nature Center? Here’s your chance!
Spend the day with our wildlife experts and experience what it’s like to care for the amazing creatures in our Wild Wonders Wildlife Park. Start your day with a Behind the Scenes tour of Wild Wonders, work up an appetite learning about “ZOOtrition” and prepare a wild diet, then try your hand at training alpacas using positive rewards. Explore the importance of Behavioral Enrichment through “Keeper Talks,” create a “toy” that fits the animals’ needs, then watch and see what the animals do! We’ll end the day with an up-close look at Wildlife Rehabilitation.
