The Howell Nature Center has more than 270 acres of environmental and outdoor education space. We offer a variety of programs designed specifically to educate students about our natural world.
Each year, thousands of school children, teachers, and adults experience nature up-close and personal by exploring plants, water, and our landscape. Our programs closely correlate to Michigan’s Grade Level Content Expectations and Common Core State Academic Standards. These programs are taught by our knowledgeable staff.
